Who May Enter
Entry is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The following are not eligible: employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members and anyone living in the same household.
Draw Period
The promotion starts at 12:00 a.m. MDT on the first of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. MDT on the last day of the month. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
To participate, complete and submit the online entry form during the Contest Period. Only one entry per person and per email address is allowed. Entries that are duplicate, incomplete, automated, false, or otherwise invalid may be rejected.
Prize
One winner will receive one annual DAZN subscription or a substantially similar Sports VOD streaming subscription. The approximate retail value is $149. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner Selection
After the Contest Period ends, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
Odds
The likelihood of winning depends on the total number of valid entries received.
Contacting the Winner
The selected entrant will be contacted using the email address provided at entry. If the selected entrant does not respond within 5 or 7 days, cannot be reached, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and choose another winner.
Use of Personal Information
Information collected through the entry form will be used to operate the contest, verify eligibility, and communicate with the potential winner. If an entrant separately chooses to receive marketing emails, that information may also be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Publicity
Sponsor will not publish the winner’s name unless required by law.
General Terms
By entering, participants agree to follow these rules and accept Sponsor’s decisions as final regarding all matters related to the contest. The contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
